These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all relationships between YCQLand Sdn Bhd ("Al-Villa") and the Client related to the use of the Website by the Client and the provision of Service(s) by Al-Villa as ordered by the Client through the Website or through Online Travel Agents ("OTA")s.
By making the Reservation, the Client agrees to the application and content of these Terms and Conditions.
BOOKING, RATES & SALES POLICIES
- All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and will be subjected to 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST) unless otherwise stated.
- Any invoice issued by Al-Villa related to the Service shall be payable 14 days before check in date, unless explicitly stated or agreed otherwise.
- Rates quoted are based on your intended duration of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
- All published rates are subject to availability and subject to change without notice. Special offers may be changed or withdrawn without notice at any time; unless your rate(s) is guaranteed with a payment confirmation.
- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- For guests with extended stays (defined as stays exceeding 14 days), the Company reserves the right to collect a security deposit prior to/upon check-in. The security deposit, which may vary based on the length of the stay, is intended to cover any incidental charges, damages, or other unforeseen expenses that may occur during the course of the guest's stay. The deposit will be released within 10 business days of your check-out, provided no charges or damages are incurred. The hotel reserves the right to deduct any applicable charges from the security deposit, including but not limited to, property damage, or additional cleaning fees. The remaining balance of the security deposit, if any, will be refunded to the guest in accordance with the policies of the guest's financial institution.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation(s) must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation and/or amendments made within 48 hours of arrival date / check-in will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) night's room charge.
- In the event of a no-show, all payment will be forfeited.
- Please note that if you have booked the Apartment through OTA, different cancellation policies may apply and all changes/cancellations need to go through the original booking site.
- All refunds will be subject to a 8% processing fee based on the actual booking amount.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICIES
- Check in time is 3.00pm and check out time is 11.00am. Early check-in or late checks-out request are subject to availability.
- As there is no front desk at Al-Villa, then in order to access the Service and the Apartment, the Client needs to provide expected arrival time by contacting the property directly with the contact details provided in the confirmation or message box if booking via OTA platforms.
- If the Client has not provided arrival information, Al-Villa will send the Client check-in details to the e-mail address or phone number disclosed by the Client when placing the Reservation, either a day before or on the day of the Client's arrival.
- Please make sure that you have disclosed the correct e-mail address and/or phone number upon placing the Reservation and that both are in working order.
GENERAL POLICIES
- Pets are not allowed in the Apartment
- Noise in the Apartments during night time (from 10 PM until 7AM) is not allowed and we expect our Guests to respect the silence during night time.
- Smoking (including via electronic devices) is strictly forbidden in the Apartments, please note that the restriction also applies to balconies and other outdoor areas of the Apartment.
- No Alcohol
- No pork-related products
DAMAGE POLICY
- The Clients shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, fittings, and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of condition as at the commencement of the stay period.
- The Clients are responsible for any damage to the room, apartment premises, or property caused by themselves or their guests, whether intentional, negligent, or reckless. Al-Villa reserves the right to bill the guest for the necessary costs to cover such damage. If the damage is discovered after departure, the management may invoice the guest for cleaning fees, repairs, missing items, smoking fees, or compensation. The Management will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
LIABILITY
- Al-Villa shall not be liable for any damages or loss the Client or the Clients’ guests with respect to the items stored at the Apartments or the on-site storage as a result of theft, disappearance, vandalism, fire, water, leaking pipes, rain, electrical malfunction, explosion, any act of God or any other situation outside of our control. Any loss or damage to, or theft of, the Client or the Clients’ guests’ property must be reported to Al-Villa.
- Non-performance of the obligations of Al-Villa under these Terms and Conditions shall be excused if it is caused by force majeure. Force majeure in the meaning of these Terms and Conditions are circumstances which are beyond the control of Al-Villa and which Al-Villa could not reasonably have been expected to take into account, avoid or overcome the impediment or the consequences thereof which Al-Villa could not reasonably have been expected to overcome.
- Al-Villa reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, by uploading the revised Terms and Conditions to the Website.
